Not quite sure where this belongs but i'll post here...
I'm sitting here kicking myself because i did something really stooopid at swim training tonight.
The good bits-First of all i decided to bike as it was only 30c. Second i had a ton of water with me and was hydrated. Third-i'd had enough food throughout the day to fuel me for the swim /bike ride..(it's only 7km to claremont)
DUH....What i didn't realize that i hadn't cooled down enough prior to getting into the pool...:eek: Ok, 400m the coach says..Fine & dandy, until i finished...I looked up at someone and thought the world was falling over...I dragged myself out the pool & sat down..The world stopped spinning but not enough to make me feel ok to swim again...Couldn't bike home, had to take the train...
Am ok now, have had some food & water.
