Does anyone have the Gore-Tex Ultralight jacket?

I already have a Showers Pass jacket, comparable to the Elite jacket:

It's wonderfully waterproof but keeps me too warm when it's not cold outside. TE gives the Gore-Tex Ultralight a warmth rating of "minimal," (vs. "warmer" for the Showers Pass jacket), but I'm wondering just what temperature range the Ultralight jacket is suited for.

I'm also looking at the Showers Pass Club Pro jacket, but I'm seeing some reviews online indicating that it's not really waterproof in heavy rain.

Thanks!!

I've got one - and I'd agree, it has minimal warmth. It is water/wind proof, breathable and is very comfortable in 60ish weather. Layer it with merino underneath and you've got a nice cooler weather kit as well.

Thanks!!

I'm to and LBS today to try an inexpensive jacket that a friend recommended, but it's a men's cut and based on the measurements in the size chart I think it will be too big. Even if I wind up buying it, I think I will start saving for the Gore-Tex Ultralight since I think it will be a good jacket to have.
