Has anyone here used the Grip Shelf Liner (http://www.target.com/p/basic-grip-shelf-liner-white-12x5/-/A-11172319)like this one? I used these in my cabinets and kitchen drawers when I moved in 3 years ago. They are fine in most cases, but in two drawers and one shelf they stuck like glue. The actual liner came off fine, but left a mesh of something that looks/feels like glue. I am furiously trying to clean this off so I don't have to pay a fee for it, but so far I've not had much luck. Has anyone dealt with this and found anything that would remove it?

Sadly I've already purchased some for my new apartment, it is going back and will be replaced with some other style!!!!

Thanks Blueberry, I've never heard of the stuff. Hopefully I can find a local source!

I've found it at Home Depot, Lowes, and probably most non-organic grocers. I bet Target would have it too.

Goo Gone is just a citrus solvent. That's one of the most popular brands, but you can find citrus solvent just about anywhere. All the big box retailers Blueberry mentioned, plus any auto parts store. Just do a spot test on the paint first.

I found some other shelf liners here: http://www.interiorplace.com/categories/Contact-Paper-Self-Adhesive-shelf-liners/Window-Film/
