I scored a pair of these on ebay for ~65.00 and they are wonderful. The frontal part totally blocks the wind (today's windchill -20 F) and they have a sort of fleecy liner. Pulled over a pair of bike shorts, they're a wonderful addition to my winter cycling wardrobe.
