I just posted this on bikejournal.com also, so my apologies those who've already read it there. I know that some of you don't read both forums, so . . .

Does anyone have experience with this eSoles? I've used custom orthotics since 1976 and have tolerated the fact that none of them have really fit my cycling shoes, but at the time I obtained them (about 10 yrs apart for each pair) there were very, very few podiatrists working with cyclists. I'm now on the next 10 year gap and figure it's time to deal with the fit issues.

I am questioning how well the new digital fitting works. The previous method of casting a foot "placed" into the neutral position by the podiatrist seemed like guess work and I've had vastly different results. Is this any better?

I read a short review in www.bicyclepaper.com

Anybody know anything?

esoles have been awesome for me. I have been wearing them since October for cycling and also started using the running version in March. Been through a lot of different ones over the years and the technology, fit, final product are way beyond anything I have ever experienced.

Karen,
After SadieKate posted this in February, I went and got myself a pair. I had to go to a bike fair in Seattle - on their website they list places they will be for fits and fitters in major cities. If you click on Scan Me - it looks like Nevada and New York are your only choices. They also have "specialists" in a few more states.
I love mine for feet problems I didn't know i have - I'm really suprised at how much happier my feet are than they were before, but they were achy so long before I didn't know they were achy. I wanted them to help with ITBS - I don't know if they've had an effect on that or not.
They fit well in my bike shoes - the company is familiar with cyclists, and joggers, and ... So they make inserts to specifically fit the shoes. So, if you go for a fit, bring your shoes with you. I didn't, but I told them what size and brand and the fit is good.
