Inexpensive grocery pannier

I'm looking for a set of panniers for getting groceries. I live within a mile of the grocery store and it's flat. I'm considering these http://www.amazon.com/Bushwhacker-Moab-Black-Front-Pannier/dp/B004889JOS/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top, but any other suggestions in a similar price range would be appreciated.

We have various panniers at Chez Trek; KnottedYet uses Ortleibs. I got Detours Fremonster bags http://www.detours.us/panniers/fremonster-flap-pannier.html which I love with a burning passion and Knott covets. :) They are amazing and beautifully, thoughtfully designes.
