So awesome. Here's their tracking page, for anyone interested who doesn't already have it handy: http://www.raceacrossamerica.org/raam/rcracer.php?s_N_Entry_ID=3014&s_N_Year_ID=37

Currently in Colorado, officially past mile 857.6. Almost 1/3 of the way there!!

In other news, womens solo racer Seana Hogan, who was going for her 7th solo womens finish (win, I believe?) is apparently dropping out. :(

I also think female riders need more RAAM report coverage, but given the race is 70% men I guess it makes sense that 70% of the coverage is, too.

Darn, I just missed them! If I could have gotten off work a little early I could have driven a few miles to the route and waved a "Ride Strong" (or something) sign for them.

They're still powering along at a 15.65 mph average. And they're in a stiff crosswind right now -

Be tough, Kacie and Dani - you're doing great!

Congratulations to you both; really impressive attitudes and teamwork - and showing the world how to chick that RAAM route!
