I cycled in this city for over 10 years when I lived and worked in Toronto.
Now I visit it approx. every 1-2 years because of family.
Now in various areas across downtown Toronto, it's WAAAAAY more bikes..to a point where you have to hunt around for a bike rack. The city does regularily install bike racks. There are several thousand across the city.
At some locations....it's a problem.
So yea, when cycling increases, this can be a problem.
