2007 Kona Cinder Cone

Would you grab this one?...size 16" according to the owner. I did some research and it looks like a pretty nice bike. I am about to pull the trigger on this one because the price sounds good to me, but wanted some opinions here if possible . It's located back home ...so I can have something good enough to mountain bike when on vacation.
