Some other sites have Women's forums (cyclingforums.com, bikeforums.net) , but an entire site like TE? Not that I'm aware of.

There are a couple of women-specific cycling forums on Yahoo groups. I don't know much about either of them, but here are the links to the homepages for each group.

There is also a fairly new UK website called SheCycles:

It is very UK based and I don't know how much use it would be to you as I don't know where you are located. It does have some articles (e.g women's bike fit), clothing reviews and a forum.
