Timex Heart Rate Monitor and Book by Sally Edwards. Purchased at Bike Expo a few years ago and taken out of the box once, but never used.
Turns out you have to actually use and keep track of data for this plan to actually work. :rolleyes:
I paid $40 at Expo, I will sell it for $25.00 plus shipping if you are interested in it.
