I have had this about 3 weeks now. It gets worse with walking and cycling.
The pain is the worst in the muscle in the back of my knee, but it also feels like it is spread to my calf and my lower thigh.
what is this? It gets better as the week progresses then gets worse once I use it for walking or cycling. I'm not even going to try to run on it.
Not sure if I should go see my doc so I can get physical therapy or deep tissue massage.
