I'd like to go for a bike fitting. There are two stores near me that offer the following services: Standard/static fitting (1 hr), Dartfish 2D (2 hrs), and Retul 3D (3.5 hrs). They also mentioned something about F.I.S.T., but I think that was a certifying agency. The prices range from about just under $100 US to about $300. Any thoughts? I think the 3D might be overkill for me (but it looks like fun). I'm not a competitive rider, but somewhere a little past casual weekend rider. Also, do they normally give you a printout to keep? I figured the middle of winter would be a good time to get this done.
