Ray's Indoor MTB Park "Women's Only Weekend"

I am curious if anyone from this forum is going to this event or ever been to one of this or something similar?... It will be at Ray's MTB indoor Park located in Cleveland OH , the weekend of Feb 15th with free clinics Frid 15th. They also have it at another indoor park in Wisconsin. I know nothing compares to the real thing but I have watched many videos and it looks cool ..any inputs? I have plans to attend.

Friends of ours are going, have been before, and rave about it. DH and I thought about joining them, but declined in order to save money for other stuff. Someday, we'll make it out there!

I know many who have attended. I've heard from several women mountain bike instructors I know that the Wisconsin location is better for newer mountain bikers, but regardless, have fun whichever location you settle on!

My alma mater's cycling club heads over there from time to time.

The Cleveland location has recently done renovations and there is a great "novice" room that is perfect for the newbie rider and for building confidence. It's pretty easy to feel nervous going to some place like Ray's, but the coaches are super encouraging and you'll be progressing quickly. If you have the chance to go, you should definitely check it out. Many of the coaches are also regular coaches at the Midwest Women's Mountain Bike Clinic. If you only get one chance to head to Ray's, the Women's Weekend is the perfect opportunity!

Thanks for all the answers. This is a tentative trip. I really want to go but If I don't get someone else to go with me and carpool I won't be attending. If no one step up by tomorrow eve I will cancel this trip :( .
