This will be my first big ride. I cannot wait!!:D Who else is doing it??? Who lives in the Portland/Vancouver area that wants to share some good routes to train? My pretty new Lexa SLX will be in my hands in two weeks!

I will hopefully be doing it. Can't help you with routes in near Portland, but I'm sure someone else can weigh in on that. Hope you and your Lexa get in a lot of happy miles in the meantime!

Waiting to enter next month, but on the to-do list for this year ;)....not much help on training ride since i'm in San Diego!

Looking forward to doing it.....have our first logistic meeting tomorrow night.....our accommodation in Portland is sorted.....but Seattle needs some work.....:-P

I've found some routes and rides online...I can't wait for this weather to heat up a little!! I'm surprised more people haven't commented on this thread. The STP is going to be so much fun!!! I live in Vancouver, so it's gonna be nice to go to Seattle and ride my bike home!! :D

Won't be doing STP this year, maybe next...we will see. Good luck with your training and be sure to post a ride report! Love to read how others do on these epic rides.

I could only do one (STP or Cycle Oregon) and I chose Cycle Oregon
