Here's a link to an article on the Ultra Marathon Cycling website. It's called Points of contact, and talks about why the body parts that contact the bike hurt (butt, feet, hands) and what to do about it. I found it really helpful. It deals with the exact problems we have been talking about all week!

And I especially liked the advice about avoiding altogether that one contact point -- the highway. I'll do my best to avoid that one too.
