Last year we started a thread here where we kept track of our activities - riding inside/outside/gym/whatever. It was a nice approach and we had a Google spreadsheet where we each added ourselves and kept track of the goal (hours of x activity for the month) we set for ourself. It was very helpful to me last year, is there interest in a repeat? My searching "foo" must be weak today because I couldn't find the original thread - I seem to think that Murieen started it, though I may be mistaken.

I wasn't around then, but I'd love that. I'm supposed to get my newest cast (I now have a purple one) off on Christmas eve, and am itching to get back to a regular routine. In my six weeks of downtime so far, I've been on a strict diet and have lost 14 pounds. I've gotten the go-ahead from my doc to resume weight training next week. I can't wait for the new year and a new me, and having a log would be a great motivator.

I think it was Veronica, if I remember correctly. ;)

I'm in, though I'll be gone the first week of the month. I could use the accountability.

I did a February one - but I cannot find the thread. I wonder if it got deleted somehow (of it's in the 2nd or 3rd page of search results I cannot see no matter what I do to my computer).
