WTB: Old road or CX frame set

Since I upgraded my current CX bike, I have almost a complete build kit sitting around. I am looking for a cheap road or CX frameset to build up for fun.

I need an effective TT length of 52.5-53.5

You can usually get a aluminum road/cx/touring frame at Nashbar for $99. They all have good reviews.

I was looking at those and at Performance Bike. Performance has a local store here so, I may be able to ship to store and save some money...thanks :)

I think I may have a fun Winter project ahead of me.....
