How do I clean a white jersey?

Castelli 100% polyester
says to wash cold
no fabric softener or bleach

I got caught in the rain without fenders and rain jacket that day. Now it's just all black running up the back..

How can I clean this?

Shout directly on the stains, and OxiClean in the washing machine. Wash in cold water. Best solution ever. I race MTB and CX in the mud with white on my kits. Trust me when I tell you this :)

I had Oxyclean turn some of my white stuff yellow. What's the secret to preventing this???? (I hand wash everything in small batches.)
