Lie down on the fit ball. Walk your hands out in front until you have your shins and ankles on the ball. Do a push up. Walk back on your hands until your hips on the fit ball and walk your hands forward again.

Today was almost all fit ball work - chest press, shoulder press, skull crushers, rows.

It was fun.

Stability balls can be a lot of fun - and it sounds like you did! We did a barbell complex yesterday.

Veronica, for twist on that one, add a ball pike after the pushup.! Killer, maybe in a good way....
