Heading to IM Florida

To cheer for my husband and 5 others that have been training for this race. I'm so excited and proud of him. I am volunteering in the T1 tent. I just wondered if anyone else will be racing down there.

Good luck, renee!! Wishing you great weather and calm winds!

As you swim in the warm salty waters, we'll be swimming with you, a little bubble of protection.

When you get to the out and back on the bike with bumpy roads and think your fillings are going to fall out of your teeth, we'll be there to smooth the ride. Or maybe they finally fixed this, and if so, hallelujah for you!! and we'll be with you as you make the final turn back onto the highway to head home, giving your back/neck/shoulders a rest and your legs a little extra kick.

When you are on your second run loop out to the park and enjoying the sunset (or moonlight), we'll be there running beside you to help you bring it home!

And when you cross that finish line to hear them say you're an Ironman, we'll be celebrating. :D

Thanks for volunteering again, bike chick! T1 wouldn't be the same without you. ;)
