Okay, I'm going to ask my PT when I see her on Tuesday, but in the meantime I'm wondering if I might have a slipping first and/or second rib. Not that that would have anything to do with the other paresthesias, but it sure would be nice to at least be able to tell them I'm not crazy about the most uncomfortable symptoms I have ...
Is it possible for the upper ribs to slip? Most of what I've read talks about lower ribs.
Is it possible to have a slipping rib without pain, only pressure and possible nerve impingement? (I don't need the "chest pressure" lecture, if I'm having a heart attack I've been having it continuously for the past four months and I haven't dropped dead yet.)
Not that I really want to know, but I'm already getting enough bad news on the other stuff - what's the prognosis?
