I'm not smart enough for that. I think I'll just wrap my strand of battery powered Christmas lights around the bars instead. ;)

I have Cinelli Jelly tape on the bars of my commuter. It's basically clear. I love the stuff. It offers pretty good cushioning, doesn't get soggy in the rain and is ever so slightly tacky so it offers good grip. Perfect rain bike tape IMHO.
