Tulip- For one brief exciting moment, I thought my prayers had been answered when I spotted your post.

I've been looking for a gently-used Surly CC in this size and color as well. Ever since I test-rode one 2 years ago, it's been on my bike bucket list. As much as I enjoyed the ride, I couldn't warm up to the beef gravy brown color of 2009-10...and the LBS would not offer a good deal on the leftover '09 they had.

Have come close-but alas-no luck just yet. In the meantime I'm squirreling away some cash to buy new if it should come to that.

I have a black cross check frame in a 42 that I'm contemplating selling. Not much use on the frame. Surly sizing is a bit odd so check the specs if interested. I'm a 47-49 on my other road bikes and the stand over is very similar. PM me with any questions. Cheers, Peter

Thanks, Peter. 42cm is definitely too small for me. I've ridden a 50 and it's my size. But perhaps someone else will be interested in the 42.
