What is nu?

Lära bars (http://www.larabar.com/faqs/what-are-the-quality-standards-for-larabar-ingredients) have been around for years, most supermarkets have them, they are gluten and GMO free, and with the exception of chocolate chip flavors that may have been cross-contaminated, they are also dairy and soy free.

The Lara bars are ok. This one really fills me up. I got to try them at REI as they have sample days.

We got samples from the Kenda pro bike team here in March. I like them a lot although they are a little bit expensive

We love Bonk Breaker bars. They have some amazing flavors, too. I tried the PB/Banana one and the Almond Butter/Honey...both were awesome. Hubby's fav is the PB/Chocolate Chip. I see they have a few new flavors out now...Blueberry Oat and Apple Pie...sounds yummy! Only gripe is that they are a bit pricey. It's cheaper to find a whole box of them online for a good price, then to buy them individually.

REI has 20% off any of their protein bars/gels when you buy a dozen which helps some.
