What a great ride! I've always wanted to try a tandem but have never had the chance to ride one. Now I'm going to have to follow that whole BAK ride on your blog. Thanks for sharing!

Loved your tandem post! Great photos too. I know what you mean about telling people I am a bike wri-ter, as well as a bike rider. It came about from having met fellow bike enthusiasts at a writers group at our local library. Now we do bike writing rides where we discuss our writing. Often bike rides will end with a writing prompt challenge and we've had organized bike rides/book signings with a local author who published a book about riding all the back roads in the county. We meet up, take a ride and return to a local coffe shop or pub and do a writers discussion and book talk.
