I purchased a 2011 Ruby Expert last fall and I really didn't like the drop bars. So now I have a set of Women's Expert Shallow drop 2014 alloy bars and the Shimano Ultegra ST, flight deck compatible shifters and a stem. I was wondering if there is a market for these? IF so, would anyone like to tell me what they might be worth? Or an idea what I should do with them

I'm sure someone might be interested, if they needed the parts for upgrade or replacement, depending on price really... but there is no telling really.

The bars probley have little value unless you can find someone who needs that particular size with that shallow drop. I'd think any value resides is the shifters. There is a new "revision" each year in the Shimano line with new tech... lighter, stronger, better materials... then and last years tech makes it down to the lower lines. This years Ultegra is next years 105 and so forth.

Any idea what you want for them??

What are the specs on the stem (clamp size(s), length, rise)?

What are the dimensions of the bars (width, clamp size, drop, reach)? A photo that shows the bends better would help you sell them.

As you know, Shimano brifters are pretty expensive new, but they also tend to be harder for smaller hands than other brands. You might do better with those on a co-ed forum.

Usually if I want to price something I look at eBay. Even though I've never sold anything there, it gives me an idea of what other people are asking and paying.

You probably have a good chance of finding someone here to give your bars and stem a try, if you posted a better description.

The Stem is length 90 and rise 15, also has +20 to -28 stamped on it, and 24 degree stem

I'm not exactly sure how to measure the handlebars but this is what I think is correct - from top of bar to bottom - 5 1/2", outside to outside - 16", drops (flat part) is 5" long and from the front of the bar to the end of the shifters - 7"

I was wondering if $300 for everything is out of line

Thanks - I guess it is the same number though - 16" from the center to center
