Has anyone tried this program? I've always recognized that breathing right has been an obstacle but I didn't realize anyone had taken it to such levels.
I was shocked the other day when a local trainer who leads running programs commented that she was flummoxed when someone asked her about breathing and she just said (paraphrased) "I just breathe, what is there to it?" I recently changed to a new trainer and for the first time in decades I again have someone who emphasizes breathing (I'm thrilled) and is much better at training specific to sport performance (no more stupid crunches and bicycles!).
But this program intrigues me to explore more.

I stumbled on it through the following article. I've been enjoying The Greatist for their succinct compilations of info (in spite of the silly name).
