I want to ride my bike everyday.....now. I was so excited Saturday to get up and ride to my WW meeting. It was a total of 3.3 miles away. In total for the full day I rode 9 miles. :p. I love it....I also had a 2 pound lost, which I know is due to my recent rides. This will be my Saturday morning ride hopefully all summer.

This is a great community.

Congratulations! I love doing the shorter rides, they all make a difference. It is so much cheaper for me to ride the short distances than drive them, and I get exercise too :D Good luck with the WW and the cycling!

How cool! I wish I could ride to the nearest meeting here. The road that leads to the meeting place is under construction due to a huge lane expansion. Too dangerous to ride a bike there. Once is completed, I'll definitively see if riding my bike to the WW meetings is a possibility.

Stoked to see more WW members on the forum. I'm brand new here. I'm on maintenance now and having to figure out how to eat whilst training for a big multisport even, which is a bit of a mission. But loving the whole process! And doubly loving the forum. Wow, the things I never thought I would have to ask questions about!!!

It's great to see other WW members on here. I get so nervous when dealing with eating and cycling. I know that I need to make sure I get enough food to last me through longer rides, but I get nervous because I don't want to use up all my points. It will just take time to figure it all out, but it's nice to see that there are other women that will be able to help me.

Former WWer here who lost 150 pounds on the program. Gained a lot of it back for lots of reasons, but thinking about going back.

Skeskali. . . I am right there with you. I lost 50 and have gained about 30 back. I'm thinking of going back there, too! The bike riding gives you lots of point reductions! (Especially if you ride 8 miles with your front brake rubbing. I wondered why the riding was so hard for that ride!)
