Merchandise returns from Canada?

Has anyone in Canada ordered an item from T.E. and returned it? Have you used the "Create merchandise return label" page? I'm trying to use it and it keeps rejecting my postal code.

The merchandise return label can only be used for US packages. Outside of the US, you need to affix postage.

I had the same situation and I used the "Create merchandise return label" and had no problems. just call them, they have super friendly customer service support.
