Date with Jamis :)

Well, not for two weeks...BUT I met my goal these last two days. Since being released from PT in Feb, I decided that my neck would be strong enough to return to the trails when I could have a decent road ride two days in a row with no neck pain afterwards, that night, or during the day after. So far so good! There is just the tiniest bit of muscle soreness in the scalenes on one side, but I've also been working overtime and that is a lot of time in front of the computer... Hiked Saturday, rode Sunday, rode Monday!

So, two weeks from now I've a date with my Jamis Dakar XC Comp at the local beginners loop (Ft Ben, for the locals), to feel dirt under my wheels again. After that, look out Brown County State Park :cool: :D

The date is in two weeks...though I did have more repercussions today than I thought I would or I wouldn't have posted :( Not too bad though, so I think a two week target to getting some dirt under my wheels isn't too bad.

Not bad repercussions though, just some light cramping in the scalenes...MUCH better than the last time I rode 2 days in a row and I DID go on a 3+ mile hike on the mountain bike trail Saturday...
