I just broke my favorite bowl. It was my snack/ice cream portion control bowl. Actually, it was a child's rice bowl with a cute cat painted on it. I've been looking online for a replacement, and am not having any luck. I've found a noodle bowl with the same pattern, but not the rice bowl.

And now I'm incredibly mad at myself for breaking it. Why am I this broken up over a $5 bowl? Gah.

I totally get being upset about something you use daily breaking. Doesn't matter how much it was "worth" - it was worth a lot to you....

ETA: It also sounds from other threads like you're stressed more than average. That never helps me deal "normally" with anything.

Very close (same art style, somewhat different design)...and Prime eligible.

Since my bowl didn't shatter, and I have all the pieces (3 and the chip!), I'm going to pick up some super glue or some such and then it will stay far away from the sink!

I totally understand Owlie. I have favorite dishes and favorite utensils. I hope you can glue your bowl back together.
