As I threw up my hands in frustration over rehabbing my knee,tendon & broken foot I finally began researching water classes. Years ago I was involved in a deep water running group so I know the benefits.
I have committed to 3 times a week for two months (by then daylight and warmth should have returned) So far so good, sometimes I do need to back off the flutter kicking and refuse to put floats on my feet/ankles as I think the added resistance would really screw things up.
Will let you all know how swift and strong I am by mid april :p
