I want to look on ebay for a cheap indoor bike trainer, like one you can put your bike on and pedal in place, and haven't found anything that sold for under $100. Not looking for anything quality here, just an indoor bike trainer to use throughout the winter, regardless of the weather outside.

Performance Bike has a couple under $100. I have this one here (http://www.performancebike.com/bikes/Product_10052_10551_1028753_-1_1586000_20000_400133). I will warn you, after about a year of use it is LOUD! I'm in an apartment, so I just try to make sure my downstairs neighbor isn't home when I use it. Oddly enough that one is showing out of stock, but here is another for $99 (http://www.performancebike.com/bikes/Product_10052_10551_1111867_-1_20000__400133).
Pricepoint has one (http://www.pricepoint.com/detail/16611-330_SETGL7-2-Accessories-43-Trainers/Sette-Glyde-Tire-Drive-Trainer.htm) for under $100.

I'd caution you, most people who get "Not looking for anything quality here, just an indoor bike trainer to use throughout the winter" end up spending more money within a year!
We saw a very nice Kinetic trainer at out last REI garage sale. We didn't get it because of it's noise issues. But, REI garage sale is another possibility.

I found one on Craigslist- I was able to trade a bike rack for it (the bike rack cost me $50 on Craigslist previously)
