Today was another plague and pestilence, flies and famine, wrath of god weather day. I started out for the gym and made it about half way before I heard the weather warnings of hea vy rain and strong winds, possible tornadoes so I turned around and hit home about the time the rain started. It was a fierce 3 hours of rain and wind but no tornadoes around us. I decided to work out on the trainer which went fine except that the dogs were terrified of the thunder and lightning and so were trying to get close enough to me to lick my feet, which kept clipping them on the nose. After an hour and a half of them trying to lie under the pedals and getting hit, or trying to lick my feet and getting hit on the nose I ga ve up. next time I ha ve to remember to shut them in the bathroom.
