These popped up in that other bike form, a personal injury lawyer made some up. While things don't really work like that in Canada, I thought it was a great idea! And I really could have used one a few a days ago, when you get hit it can be hard to remember to get all the details, like the exact cross street (which I totally blanked on).

Oh, ya, I got doored : /
looks like everything will work out though, I'm kind of proud of myself because I really didn't think I had enough uphill speed to bend my fork, but turns out I did.

front & back, to be folded like a little passport. I'm giving them to my bike-friends along with a pen, in a tiny zip lock bag. Because you never know. The original file is vector, I made them in Illustrator. If anyone wants the source file, or has suggestions, let me know.

Looks pretty spiff! I'd be interested in the vector art myself, if then I can also add my local bike coalition's phone number. :)

I saw those on the other site, nice job adapting them to your area!

So glad you're OK and hope you can get your bike fixed ASAP.

I left the file at work.
but I'll upload it to google docs tomorrow. Oh, on the back is a coat of arms for my city, so that should be replaced, and I love the idea of adding the local cycling coalition number. I think I'll do that too.

I just found out my bike will be ready tomorrow, and the driver's insurance should cover the repairs. At first I was unhappy about having to ride my heavy mixte to work, but you know once I'm moving I can't help but love the clunky, slow ride.

you'll have to tell me how that all works out, I'm not familiar with google docs but I think I uploaded it right.
