Leaky Polar Bottle?

I think I have a leaking Polar bottle on my hands. It's as if I'm not tightening the lid all the way, but I can't physically get it any tighter. I don't have this problem with the other bottle (one's about 2.5 years old (the leaky one), and the other's around 2 years old). Never been in the dishwasher. Anyone else ever have this problem?

I am Polar obsessed...seriously, my husband calls it my "sippy cup" as I have one with me at ALL times, even on the nightstand at bedtime. We have at least 8 at our house. The only time they leak is if I don't tighten the lid enough. Since yours is already tight, maybe yours is defective? I put mine in the dishwasher all the time too. Contact Polar...maybe they'll send you a replacement.
