I can easily set up another sheet. Having everyone put in their own data seemed to work pretty well.

It might be nice to have this for the winter, I figure anything that helps to encourage us is a good thing.

I didn't join in for December but would love to have something to motivate me in January.
I'd join. It's great motivation for the winter.

Continuation sheets would be great! Nothing like "confession" to keep one motivated. :o Or at least for those of us (ME!) who happen to hate exercising for the sake of exercising.

That would be great! Thanks Veronica!

I'm in! Can we do it by the month, like this could be a January challenge?

I am also finding it difficult to continue with my strength workouts since I had to let my trainer go, though I can afford one individual session with him a month. I really need accountability of some form - especially in the winter! Summer, no problem, the mountain bike and road bike takes care of that..but during cold, snowy weather?

I'd like to participate, too. I'm still recovering from the gall bladder surgery and pancreatitis, so I don't know that I'm up for my usual 20+ my training ride at the lake or Fiesta Island, but I can handle the trainer in my garage.

Okay, I'll have one up before January first. Same thing - I'll PM you the site. You choose your time goal. As before - it's your goal - inside, outside, upside down, trainer, rollers, spin class... whatever. :D

me, too?!
I need to drag my bike into the livingroom so I can at least soft pedal while vegging in front of the TV (er, no, I mean while reading a classic novel).

I'd love to see this continue. It has been a super motivational tool for me. Thanks so much for putting it together for us.

Please add me to the list as well.
The challenge has been very helpful to me - I'm on track to meet a time goal and days ridden goal that were huge stretches for me (especially with the holidays!). I'll be thinking about my January goals over the next week - I do think I'll back off biking, and include other activities for some of my personal goals....

Let me just say reading the previous thread and how this all started has me intrested too. My problem, though, is my aerobic ability is not up there yet. So I have been translating this to walking for now. To create some sort of base. I hope this will help.
Since we moved, things are still all scattered around the house/garage and not in their "real" homes.

I'm interested! I need some kind of accountability. I am terrible at exercising for the sake of exercising.

I could have sworn i posted yesterday..
Anyway, thanks for setting this up Veronica! I'm definitely in. It's the only thing that kept me motivated (though I didn't meet my goal). I've gained about 10 pounds from Sept through now and want to lose the 10 pounds beore Spring.

I'd like to try! Of course, I don't know what data I could put in because I don't have any gadgets but maybe this is a good opportunity to get one! :D My boyfriend needs a belated Christmas gift idea (he originally purchased a tempurpedic pillow for me but all the models are waaay too thick and uncomfortable, imo).

All you need is a watch or a clock - it's time based. :p

Yes. I had a bit of a setback last month but I'm ready to get back on the trainer!
Please add me in again. December turned into its usual crazypants hectic I-have-no-life month. Hence the total of three hours. Put in on Dec. 1. LOL!!!!

Yay!!!!!!!! Thanks- we have had such good weather my time ended up outside- but it is fun to come home and log it in (:
I'd also like to be included. Thanks very much!
I'm interested in continuing too. It was fun and a source of motivation even though I didn't hit my December goal. However, it is the first time I have ridden my bike outdoors this late in the year!

Please put me on the list! I want to play. We just joined a trainer class that will meet 2x a week, plus spin, so I think I am good for at least 4.5 indoor hours per week. Plus we will be riding outside on the weekends.
