Today's "fun set" - leg extensions. Only 45 pounds, but 100 reps! Around 30 it starts to burn, by 50 you're looking for a fire extinguisher. :eek:
The first round I went to 50, took a break, went to 80 took a break and finished it out.
The second round I got to 58 and again took a second break at 80.
The third round I got to 62 and did not take a second break. OUCH!OUCH!OUCH!
This was only one in a round of 5 things we were doing - step ups with weights, squats standing on the flat side of the Bosu and using 30 pound dumb bells, hamstring curls and another hamstring exercise using 20 pound dumb bells.
