Thanks for sharing that. Most of the people I work with seem to think exercise isn't worth the bother if you aren't "athletic" - ? That would be a good video to pass around - especially with people thinking about New Year's resolutions.

I would say this summarizes it "lots of components to being healthy and it's complicated but if this Dr (the one who made the video) could make one recommendation it's at least a half hour of exercise every day for better health"

So take that anyone who scoffs at our riding, walking, running ....

I'd like to send this to a few people, but it would end our friendship...

Anyone know how to save this video on your Mac so you can pull it up later where there is no internet?

Great video BTW, thanks for sharing!:D

Install Real Player and the Real Player downloader. Click on the video to go to the YouTube site and, when you hover with the mouse over the video, you will see the Real Player downloader tab. Click on it to start downloading.

The downloaded video will be in FLV (flash video) format, so you will need another package to play on a computer that does not have Real Player or cannot play FLV videos.

ETA: A package called "flv crunch" (for Macs) allows you to translate the video from flash to another format.

Me too :) As long as it reminds ME of the importance, not just the enjoyment I get from being active it's good.
