Intro of me...

Hey all. I haven't really biked much, but my hubby is super into it and I am starting to catch the bug. We are currently looking for a bike for me (DH has 3, but they aren't my size... go figure). I'm sure I will be asking questions in here quite a bit. I am actually excited to get my own bike. :eek: :)

Welcome! :) My DH also got me hooked! I think that must be quite common, as it's kind of a male dominated sport (at least around here :rolleyes: )

I just got my first bike which is a flat bar road bike. When I first started I actually rode my son's bike for a bit, it was an MTB, and I was kind a being pushed into getting an MTB for myself, but I resisted as I couldn't see myself really getting into MTBing. I'm really glad I got more of a road bike as this is more my scene.

So I guess what I'm saying, is get what YOU want!!! :)

Welcome to the forum. My husband actually got me into the sport back when we were dating. We have been able to share many great rides together since. It a wonderful sport and I'm sure you'll love it even more when you get a bike that fits! What kind of biking are you into right now, road our mountain?

I am actually in search for a road bike right now. I've just ridden my hubbie's roadie in the past and am just now getting excited about it (just in time for winter to settle in :rolleyes: ).
