Am sure this must happen to others and doesn’t it make you want to kick, shout and scream, I know it does me. :mad:

I keep a daily spread sheet of what exercise I do, nope, I am far from being athletic, just trying to do a regular minimum of 30 mins exercise each day.

Back on 1 October I wrote: Confidence and energy levels back after 18 months! I’d become so confident back riding my bike, plenty of swimming and even canoeing, then I get ill. Three weeks later still not well and slipped and banged the side of my ribs on kitchen work top, apparently causing Costochondritis, which is inflammation of the ribs junctions to the breastbone that causes chest pain.

Hooray, over six weeks now and I feel ready to get back to my usual routine, albeit gradually, great, no more drugs or inhalers... ... ... until the next time! :D

Congratulations! I had costochondritis before and know how it feels. Mine was related to a rib injury and it took a long time for me to get better. It must feel so good to be able to get back on track. I admire your motivation and hope you get back to where you were real fast!

Keep plugging at it, Clock. I've had my own ups and downs with injuries/illness over the years and it always makes me feel like I'm the only one dealing with this stuff. It especially bugs me, when I see others, older, sicker, less fit, doing more than I do.
