Not sure whether any of you have ever had the chance to ride the Kingdom trails in E Burke Vermont, but if not, and you get a chance they are wonderful!
I took my youngest nephew today(he's 11)and we had a great time! It was a beautiful day with blue skies, color from the trees changing and temperature in the mid 70's.There are trails for every ability from downhill, to lots of singletrack and a pump track. We actually rode some of the village trails, but spent more time at the pump track. Great area to practice skills for everyone, as it was a bit tighter than others I have seen. Needless to say, it is definitely somewhere that I will go again very shortly... it will take several visits to hit all of the trails. (what a treat!):D
AS I was riding today, I was reminded of you Catrin... this was a defintely a great place to practice skills and learn some new ones. Hopefully you'll have a great time on your southern trip.
