Bought a pair a Pearl iZumi Sugar Shorts- size xxl and they're just not working for me. They've been worn twice and washed in with all my other bike stuff on gentle cycle.

Asking $30, including ship to their new home.

I've been curious about these, but am hesitant because they are so short. Are they meant to be worn as an undergarment? Do they ride up while cycling-or is there a light band holding the lower leg in place?

The world is not ready to see me in Spandex (nor am I-for that matter), so I have a comfortable pair of stretch chinos that I wear over cycling shorts. It works out well for me.

I like PI shorts in general, but have always bought the Quest or Attack styles that go to the knee, and they stay put.

Yes, they have leg grippers, plus an elastic waist band. I normally wear my bike shorts under my cycling skirt as I have the same issue with lycra. These have a pretty good chamois.
