San Antonio: Pearl-to-Pearl Labor Day Ride

I did this ride last year and had a blast. Met some really nice people, toured the Missions, and downed some excellent bbq and beer afterwards. Last year was their inaugural year and there were some organizational hiccups but I'm sure they've worked all that out for this go 'round. This year they're offering three ride lengths: 20, 42, and 58.

I always get excited when there's a ride on a Sunday or Monday. I work Saturdays so I miss out on most organized rides.

Well, boo. The ride has been postponed ("logistical challenges") until a date to be determined (some time in Oct or Nov). Wah.

Well, these folks can't seem to get their you-know-what together. The ride has been cancelled (again), this time for good. C'est la vie.
