Don't do it.
It's been a cultish thing since I was in college in the 70s and it was being touted as a cure for learning disabilities.

until yesterday I can't say I've ever heard of it.

I do suffer from anxiety and have had treatment in the past for panic/anxiety but never came across NLP before. My co-worker mentioned it.

I was just curious what you all thought of it, and I'm surprised how something like this could be "cultish".
