I've been trying trying to find the perfect saddle. I hated the Jett that came on my bike, so before spending the money on a new one, I made sure to get my sit bones measured. Was told 143. So, I bought a Lithia (better but not great) and a used Ruby (nope, not good either).

After 3 specialized models, decided to try a different manufacturer. Tested a Fizit Vesta. Great for the first 6 miles, but began to feel my sit bones drilling a hole into the saddle. LBS spent a good hour tweaking it so it was comfy, and changed my seat height. The past 2 months I've had no speed and the bike felt off.

Took it back to the LBS I originally purchased the bike from and the seat was way too low (I had raised it slightly already). That explains my power issue. We talked about saddles and he asked me if I'd ever been measured, I said yes, but asked if we could do a measurement. Turned out I need a 130. Geez! He put a men's 130 romin on the bike and wow was it comfy in the drops.

You'd think with all the measuring and gadgets and levels that there would be more consistency, especially in the saddle height, it was raised substantially. And, the money I may have saved buying a smaller size the first go round.

Ok. I'm off my soapbox now.

If anyone has a 130 with a cut-out (other than a Jett) they'd like to do test swap for a Specialized Lithia, Ruby, or Fizit Vesta, send me a message.

Thanks for listening. :-)
