I'm thinking about switching my tires to Serfas Seca RS(pink), but these are 23s and my current ones are 25s. Will the 23s fit? Whats the difference in ride and handling between 23 and 25? What do I need to buy besides new tubes? Thank you

Your bike should take 23s just fine--in fact, it seems like 23 is optimal because getting the wheel on and off suddenly gets a lot easier! It shouldn't make a ton of difference, and you may not even need new tubes, since some will fit 23-25s. Just check the tube to make sure.

I doubt you'll need to change the tubes. You might notice a slight difference in how the 23s ride in that they may be a tad harsher. Experiment with how much pressure you run them at to see what feels most comfortable and/or handles the best. I run my 23cc tires (Vittoria Rubino Pros) at 110 psi.

I think if you ride much on gravel, that's where you'd want the 25s. On pavement I expect you'll mostly notice they're lighter (and as Owlie points out, will give you more clearance in the brakes and rear triangle).

You shouldn't need different tubes.
