Hey Gals! I'm planning a trip to Nova Scotia in early October and am looking to rent a bike while I am there. I'm having a size dilemma, especially as I know all bikes are not created equal. I'm 5'6" and my measurements fall almost right between a 52 & 54 cm bike, my Fuji Team is 54 and I know it is just slightly big for me (I've made adjustments to it).

Here is what the shop in Sydney has to offer: http://frameworkfitness.com/bike-rentals-race-bike/

Does anyone know if this bike tends to run larger/smaller than Fuji? Should I just try the 52 or stick to the larger size since that's what I'm used to?

Can't you wait until you get there and try them out?

No, October is a very busy month - peak Fall colors, and also the Celtic Colours music festival is on. He already has a few bikes booked, so I want to make sure I have mine reserved.

You could compare the specs (frame measurements and angles) of your bike and the rental bike and that would give you a better idea. Bring your rain gear and booties!
