Outgrowing your bike?

Uhm . . . can one actually outgrow a bike or is at an excuse 'cause I want a new one? After all, my GIANT is only 2.5 years old.

Certainly we can outgrow a bike, some do it in just a few months....

I outgrew mine in less than a year...started with an entry-level bike with relaxed geometry, then discovered that I like going fast. I also discovered that aluminum is murder on our chipsealed roads, so went with carbon for my new ride. No regrets...worth every penny!
